Therapy

Sometimes it is bigger than the game.

You can be doing well on the outside and still feel anxious, angry, tired, stuck, or overwhelmed. Therapy gives you a private place to be honest and work through it.

Being strong doesn’t mean you have to carry it all alone. You can be capable, driven, and still need support.
When therapy may help

You do not have to tough it out.

If stress is making school, sports, sleep, home, life, work, or relationships harder, it may be worth talking about.

Who this can be for

Athletes first. Not athletes only.

My background is rooted in sport, but this work goes beyond sport. I also work with men and other high performers who are used to carrying a lot and not always talking about it.

Athletes & teens

When sport, school, family, injury, identity, or emotions start feeling like too much at once.

Men

When you are used to being the strong one, but you need somewhere you do not have to have it all figured out.

High performers

When success on paper does not match how stressed, tired, disconnected, or stuck you feel inside.

How it starts

A simple first step.

You do not need the perfect words before you reach out.

1. Send a short message

Tell me who you are reaching out for and the main thing you want help with.

2. We talk briefly

We make sure therapy may fit and answer basic questions about next steps.

3. We start with your story

The first session is about getting to know you, what is going on, and what you want to feel different.

No perfect explanation needed

A short message is enough.

If therapy is not the best fit, I will tell you and help you think about another next step.
