I help teens develop the confidence, compusure, and reselience skills needed to succeed in sports and life. My experience as a Division I athlete, clincial social worker, and mental performance coach allows me to guide teens and athletes through the emotional and competitive pressures that come with balancing identity with passions.
Through Unlocking Success Consulting, I work with adolescents, athletes, teams, and groups to build confidence, resilience, emotional control, and stronger responses under pressure. My coaching helps athletes learn how to reset after mistakes, develop routines, respond to adversity, and compete with greater composure and self-belief.
In addition to my performance coaching work, I bring a strong clinical background, having worked across high-acuity settings including intensive in-home services and school-based mental health. I have supported youth ages 6–19 navigating challenges such as anxiety, behavioral concerns, family instability, school disengagement, and emotional regulation. Currently, he serves as a school-based therapist, providing direct clinical support to students while collaborating with families, teachers, and support teams.
As a former athlete whose confidence once limited his own performance, this work is deeply personal. I understand how burnout, confidence struggles, pressure, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm can impact both performance and identity. My approach integrates lived experience with clinical training, allowing me to connect with athletes in a way that is both relatable and grounded in evidence-based practice.
Beyond individual coaching and therapy, I have experience working with teams, workshops, camps, and group settings, helping athletes develop leadership, communication skills, and mental habits that translate beyond the game.
My goal is to support student, athletes, families, coaches, and programs in building the mindset, structure, and support systems needed for the next generation of athletes to thrive,in sport and in life.
